The video clips are MPEG-1 format and will play in any media player that supports it, usually Windows Media Player.  Each take approximately 5-7 min. to download on a 28.8 connection.  Save to your hard drive and play, to do so just right click on the thumbnail and choose "Save Target As", then choose your "Desktop" or another location to "Save In".
